🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze customer implementation data, product usage patterns, and lifecycle metrics
• Build and maintain dashboards tracking Go Live performance and time-to-value benchmarks
• Quantify impact of configuration decisions, workflow design, and feature utilization
• Identify trends and friction points across deployments, translating into structured insights

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with clinical operations and business operations data
• Strong SQL proficiency and experience with large datasets
• Experience building dashboards with Looker, Mode, Tableau, or Sigma
• Ability to design metrics linking operational inputs to business outcomes

• Masters degree or higher in data science or related field
• Experience in healthcare or clinical settings
• Demonstrated track record of turning ambiguous business questions into actionable recommendations
