💼 About This Role

You'll lead the end-to-end SOX 404 cycle and collaborate with business and technology teams to ensure compliance with internal controls over financial reporting. You will be at the epicenter of democratizing finance for all, applying frontier technologies to the world's biggest financial problems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead risk assessment, documentation refresh, and testing of controls for key processes.
• Assist in annual and quarterly SOX 404 scoping and risk assessments.
• Proactively collaborate with process owners to evaluate control deficiencies.
• Partner with corporate teams to revamp business controls for scalability.
• Evaluate new processes and product launches for financial and operational risks.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in financial audit/attestation in Big Four or public company.
• Strong knowledge of SOX 404, COSO Internal Control Framework, and PCAOB standards.
• Proven ability to partner with business and technology leaders to resolve control gaps.

• Familiarity with GRC platforms like AuditBoard or Workiva.
• Experience with IT General Controls (ITGCs).
