💼 About This Role

You'll own the operational infrastructure for Engine's Groups business, building systems, data layers, and processes for a high-growth travel platform. Your core impact is enabling the Groups pod to move with precision through customized pipeline architecture and forecasting. This role offers ownership of a unique sales motion that differs fundamentally from standard transactional sales.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own CRM configuration and pipeline design for the Groups motion
• Build operational infrastructure for RFP process tracking and reporting
• Develop forecasting models accounting for seasonality and non-linear deal progression
• Track post-contract metrics: room block attrition and revenue actualization

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations
• Hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) including custom objects and stage logic
• Experience with RFP-based sales workflows or event-driven pipeline tracking
• Ability to build forecasting models that account for seasonality

• Experience supporting group sales, event-based revenue, or hospitality
• Experience with room block management or contract management
