💼 About This Role

You'll join a fast-paced team supporting the government's most dynamic legal challenges, providing litigation technology support for civil and criminal matters. You'll help improve FBI Discovery policies and procedures by monitoring changes in law and technology. This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge eDiscovery tools in a mission-critical environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Monitor laws impacting civil and criminal litigation for policy impact
  • Conduct testing of system upgrades or patches before release
  • Advise on identifying, preserving, collecting, processing, and producing ESI
  • Update and create standard operating procedures for ETA role

📋 Requirements

  • 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience focusing on client solutions
  • 3 years of progressive responsible experience on major litigation support projects
  • 2 years in Relativity beyond document review coding
  • U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance

✨ Nice to Have

  • Active U.S. Government security clearance
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent; JD highly preferred
  • Experience with all realms of EDRM from File to Trial
