🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end execution of travel and lifestyle requests in the queue.
• Deliver high-touch member support via chat with clear communication.
• Navigate internal systems to ensure accurate bookings.

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years in luxury travel or concierge services.
• Proven ability to manage complex itineraries with minimal oversight.
• Strong global travel knowledge of top-tier hotels and dining.
• Excellent written communication and client-first mindset.
