💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll help train new recruits and support daily operations to meet sales targets. This role lets you use your fandom knowledge to drive add-on sales and ensure every customer leaves happy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages customers to return
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
