🎯 What You'll Do

• Organize warehouse activities including material intake and distribution
• Manage prefabricated material tracking and cart returns
• Schedule inbound/outbound deliveries to prevent bottlenecks
• Lead a team of 6-10 warehouse staff with performance management

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience managing warehouse operations in construction or related industry
• Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities with tech-driven inventory tracking
• Demonstrated success managing and developing high-performing teams
• Strong understanding of warehouse laydown and material handling best practices
