💼 About This Role

You'll lead a supportability and logistics engineering function for complex aerospace and defense programs, managing a team to define system sustainment requirements and integrate them across product lifecycles. You'll coordinate with engineering, operations, and customer stakeholders to align expectations and deliverables in a highly regulated environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor the Logistics Support Analysis team
• Oversee military aircraft maintenance and sustainment planning
• Manage Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements across acquisition phases
• Develop detailed work packages using Earned Value Management

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 9+ years experience (or Master's with 7+)
• Logistics Support Analysis and Integrated Product Support knowledge
• Experience in military aircraft maintenance and sustainment planning
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret clearance

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with MBSE tools (Cameo, MagicDraw, Rhapsody, Sparx EA)
• Familiarity with GEIA-STD-0007 standards
