💼 About This Role

You'll join a tight-knit engineering team building the first AI discovery platform for marketers. You'll architect and own backend systems and cloud infrastructure that power real-world LLM integrations. This is a foundational role where you'll influence technical direction and scale systems from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and maintain scalable backend services in Python and Go
• Design resilient APIs and optimize data pipelines
• Own and evolve cloud infrastructure and environment configuration
• Implement infrastructure as code and containerized deployments

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years building high-performance backend systems for user-facing or B2B products
• Deep proficiency in Python and designing distributed systems
• Operated production workloads in cloud environments (GCP/AWS/Azure)
• Built and maintained infrastructure as code using Terraform or equivalent

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience operating systems across multiple cloud providers
• Built or supported generative AI, LLM, or ML-powered systems
• Experience designing event-driven systems using queues or streaming infrastructure
