💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a trusted advisor, guiding enterprise customers through onboarding, adoption, and expansion of Tavily's AI-powered search platform. You'll act as a strategic partner, helping customers integrate LLMs and autonomous agents into their workflows. This role blends relationship building with product expertise to drive customer outcomes and influence Tavily's product roadmap.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Guide customers through onboarding, implementation, and long-term adoption
  • Lead onboarding engagements ensuring smooth integration and value realization
  • Develop scalable onboarding materials and best-practice guides
  • Monitor customer health and identify churn risk and expansion opportunities

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles in B2B SaaS
  • Proven experience working with developer tools or AI/LLM platforms
  • Strong commercial instincts with experience managing renewal cycles
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
