Responsibilities

• Oversee design system evolution and enforce scalable standards
• Partner with product management, engineering, and design teams
• Manage full lifecycle of design system components from conception to deployment
• Align with product teams on design system backlog and roadmap
• Serve as primary advocate for design system and mentor team members
