You'll help customers design, implement, and launch integrations on Lean's open banking platform. You'll partner with Sales and Product to solve technical challenges and drive adoption. This role combines technical expertise with client-facing problem solving.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build expertise in Lean's APIs and integration patterns
• Troubleshoot integration and API issues
• Guide clients through implementation best practices
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to clients
• Manage workload and meet deadlines

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in Solutions Engineering or similar client-facing technical role
• Comfortable working with REST APIs
• Excellent English communication skills
• Arabic proficiency required
