🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise software solutions.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into concrete technical solutions.
• Mentor engineers through design reviews, code reviews, and technical guidance.
• Drive adoption of AI in the software development life-cycle.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering designing enterprise applications.
• 1+ years of technical leadership as Tech Lead, Lead Engineer, or Architect.
• 1+ years in AI-augmented software development of enterprise solutions.
• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's Degree or Minor in AI/Machine Learning.
• Experience with event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus).
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
