Description

You will take ownership of a portfolio of existing sellers in the Home & Garden category, helping them expand into new countries, broaden product assortment, and scale their business on the platform.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Account Management in marketplace, retail, or e-commerce
• University degree
• Fluent in German and English
• Proven experience managing and growing existing accounts with data-driven insights
• Strong analytical mindset with business intuition and understanding of Home Garden category

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of a defined portfolio of existing Home Garden sellers, acting as main point of contact and strategic partner
• Drive account growth by helping sellers expand into new countries, list new products, and unlock additional subcategories
• Analyze seller performance to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities, guiding partners with data-backed insights
• Build trust-based relationships with senior decision-makers, visit sellers on-site and attend industry fairs and events
• Support sellers in optimizing operational setup and scaling effectively, collaborating with cross-functional teams
