🎯 What You'll Do

• Increase training attendance via in-app and external outreach
• Maintain updated training materials aligned with current SOPs
• Reduce suspension-to-training time and driver cancellations
• Track weekly post-training performance and error rates

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• 3 years experience in driver training or operations
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• Data analysis skills for tracking attendance and outcomes
