๐ผ About This Role
You'll provide technical product support to customers across the EMEA region, becoming an expert on our venue management platform. You'll troubleshoot questions and ensure timely, quality responses as part of a global hybrid team.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Answer incoming calls, tickets, and emails from customers
- Consult with customers on product information and platform builds
- Troubleshoot technical hardware issues with POS and payment terminals
- Document, submit, and track platform bugs using JIRA
๐ Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in a SaaS or POS payments role
- Fluent French (C1) and English (C1) speaker
- Experience with ticketing systems like Salesforce Service Cloud
โจ Nice to Have
- Formal IT qualifications or bachelor's degree in related field
- Troubleshooting experience with payment systems and APIs
