You'll provide technical product support to customers across the EMEA region, becoming an expert on our venue management platform. You'll troubleshoot questions and ensure timely, quality responses as part of a global hybrid team.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Answer incoming calls, tickets, and emails from customers
  • Consult with customers on product information and platform builds
  • Troubleshoot technical hardware issues with POS and payment terminals
  • Document, submit, and track platform bugs using JIRA

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in a SaaS or POS payments role
  • Fluent French (C1) and English (C1) speaker
  • Experience with ticketing systems like Salesforce Service Cloud

  • Formal IT qualifications or bachelor's degree in related field
  • Troubleshooting experience with payment systems and APIs
