Description
As a Sales Business Partner on the EMEA Sales Strategy & Operations team, you will collaborate with senior sales leadership to drive go-to-market strategies, resource planning, and business analytics. You'll own key operational processes like forecasting, quota setting, and business reviews, while partnering cross-functionally to optimize sales productivity and support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- 8+ years sales strategy & operations in high-tech growth environment, or operational experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, venture capital, or business insights/analytics
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, Mathematics or related field
- Distinctive problem solving and analysis skills; structured approach to complex business problems
- Advanced SQL and Excel skills; experience with large data sets
- Stakeholder management with strong communication and influencing skills
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales leadership on go-to-market strategy, resource plans, and key metrics
- Create and manage operational processes: portfolio design, target setting, headcount strategy
- Manage forecasting, translate business needs into operational plans, identify risks and opportunities
- Own core rhythm-of-business processes: weekly forecasting, monthly/quarterly business reviews, OKR tracking
- Develop and execute initiatives to optimize sales team efficiency and productivity
