You'll provide quality hair color services and excellent guest care at a Madison Reed Hair Color Bar. You'll help guests find the best color and execute services with perfection. You'll contribute to monthly sales goals and grow within the company through ongoing training.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide consultations and all menu services including chemical services.
• Attend to guest needs to select best products and color.
• Contribute to achieving monthly sales goals and KPIs.
• Maintain cleanliness, merchandising, and inventory standards.

📋 Requirements

• Active cosmetology license in the state of application.
• 1+ year of experience as a colorist behind the chair.
• Effective communication and problem solving skills in fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems.
