You'll join the Data Infrastructure team in Vancouver to scale the foundation of how Asana measures success. Your core impact will be leading the design of high-bandwidth logging systems and experimentation frameworks that empower every product team. This role offers the chance to solve hard technical challenges while mentoring others.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain large-scale logging and experimentation projects.
• Scale in-house experimentation and feature flagging framework.
• Define next-generation logging APIs and data contracts.
• Curate observability experience for engineers.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience shipping production-grade backend services.
• Experience with distributed systems or cloud-native infrastructure.
• Familiarity with distributed data processing or experimentation systems.
• Strong focus on solving problems across the stack.
