You'll create AI-generated scripts and films for vertical drama and short-form content at Storyby, an entertainment tech company serving 10M+ users. You'll directly shape story arcs, hooks, and cliffhangers to drive user retention. This role offers a unique chance to build an AI production team from scratch.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create AI scripts for vertical drama and short-form content
• Develop serial storylines, character arcs, and episode dramaturgy
• Generate strong hooks in first seconds and cliffhangers per episode
• Analyze vertical content trends and adapt storytelling for international audience

📋 Requirements

• High consumption of serial, short-form, and vertical content
• Understanding of vertical drama vs. YouTube-storytelling vs. classic cinematography
• Strong storytelling mindset with audience emotional triggers
• Experience with AI tools for text, video, or creative generation
