🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle high-volume inbound calls with a warm professional tone
• Troubleshoot customer issues in real-time using Zendesk
• Maintain organized and efficient workflows during shifts

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years remote customer support experience
• Proficient with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
