Description

You will negotiate high-volume SaaS contracts through the entire lifecycle, provide transactional support to sales and other business units, and contribute to legal templates and playbooks. Ensure compliance with laws and regulations in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• JD from accredited U.S. law school
• Member of a State Bar in good standing
• 2+ years of commercial contracts experience

Responsibilities

• Negotiate high volume SaaS contracts through contract lifecycle to execution
• Handle ad-hoc legal requests from sales and other business units
• Understand key IP, commercial, and finance requirements
• Stay current on applicable laws, regulations, and industry guidance
• Contribute to legal team templates, playbooks, and precedents
