Description

You will lead a manufacturing engineering team for Fury aircraft from prototyping to full-scale production, driving process improvements, ensuring quality, and scaling new products. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and foster a culture of innovation and accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or related field
• 5-7 years in manufacturing engineering, 3+ years in managerial role
• Experience developing products from scratch and scaling to production
• Proven track record of leading teams and cradle to grave ownership
• Ability to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing engineering team building Fury from prototyping to full-scale production
• Develop and execute strategic plans for production capabilities
• Interface with external customers on strategic vision for group 5 aircraft
• Own documentation for manufacturing hardware at scale (work instructions, inspection plans)
• Drive continuous improvement for cost reduction, quality enhancement, and throughput
