You'll oversee daily operations of the pharmacy fulfillment team, managing a team of pharmacy technicians and providing hands-on leadership. You will support accurate and timely fulfillment of medications, foster a quality-focused culture, and work with pharmacy automation equipment to streamline operations. This role is essential to delivering a seamless experience for patients.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of pharmacy technicians
• Oversee onboarding, training, and skills development
• Ensure accurate and timely picking, packing, and shipping
• Operate and troubleshoot pharmacy automation equipment

📋 Requirements

• Active and unrestricted California Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of pharmacy technician experience
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
