Description
As a Regional Director on the SMB team, you'll manage and develop managers overseeing global sales teams, driving revenue targets through sales of technology products to businesses like trucking and logistics. You'll ensure execution of sales playbooks, coach teams, and forecast to leadership, working from or traveling to Islamabad or Lahore offices.
Requirements
- 4+ years in International Sales, US Market preferred
- 2+ years in Sales leadership (2nd line leadership preferred), technology/product company preferred
- Proven track record in B2B sales with short sales cycle in fast-paced market
- Exceptional contractual and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage pipeline and handle ambiguous projects
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed bookings and revenue targets with a team of Sales Managers
- Establish inbound/outbound appointment and pipeline targets, track KPIs
- Ensure consistent execution of end-to-end sales playbook and CRM alignment
- Deliver sales management training and coaching programs
- Forecast business to leadership and maintain current pipeline
