You'll shape and scale the agentic layer at tem, building production-ready AI agent foundations. Your work will reinvent how electricity is bought and sold using AI-native transaction infrastructure. This role offers deep technical ownership and cross-team influence in a fast-growing energy tech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ship flagship agentic workflows end-to-end with clear success metrics
• Build production-grade agent systems with safe recovery patterns
• Create shared foundations for agent delivery (runtime, tool interfaces)
• Establish a pragmatic Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC)

📋 Requirements

• Proven ability to design complex distributed systems spanning APIs and event-driven architectures
• Experience building AI agents in production with observability and cost controls
• Deep experience with AWS serverless (Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions)
• Strong coding skills with Python as a must-have

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with LangGraph or LangChain
• Knowledge of energy markets or domain
• Experience scaling systems to hundreds of thousands of customers
