🎯 What You'll Do

• Select, train, schedule, and coach production employees.
• Develop and enforce policies for inventory, equipment, and shipping.
• Analyze inventory and purchasing to reduce subcontractor expenses.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure safety compliance.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of management experience with at least 5 direct reports.
• Technical background with natural stone and quartz fabrication.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Alpha Cam, and AutoCAD.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work flexible hours.

✨ Nice to Have

• College degree preferred.
• Experience with CNC saws and routers.
• Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting.
