You'll lead frontend engineering for Roblox's Co-Experience team, shaping real-time communication features like chat, voice, and video for hundreds of millions of users. You will drive technical strategy across multiple pods and build empowering systems for creators.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor senior engineers, removing roadblocks
• Shape frontend engineering culture across the Communication team
• Act as technical lead for cross-functional initiatives
• Take end-to-end ownership of projects from design to launch
• Remain hands-on in the codebase and review code

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of frontend or client engineering experience
• Real-time calling product expertise (e.g., WhatsApp, Google Meet, FaceTime, Discord)
• Leveraged AI-assisted development tools for high velocity
• Proven technical leadership mentoring senior engineers
• Robust system design skills authoring clear technical design docs
