💼 About This Role

You'll build and manage strategic partnerships across state, local, and federal government ecosystems to drive growth and expansion. You'll sit at the intersection of partnerships, business development, RFI/RFP strategy, and executive prioritization, generating high-quality pipeline through trusted relationships in complex public-sector environments. This role requires disciplined judgment to focus on high-leverage opportunities that align with Promise's mission and delivery model.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build and manage high-leverage partnerships with government ecosystems.
  • Generate qualified, partner-sourced opportunities aligned with product and pricing.
  • Partner with Account Executives to advance complex, long-cycle deals.
  • Identify and vet strategic partnerships that improve ability to win larger solutions.
  • Own RFI/RFP identification, qualification, and response strategy.

📋 Requirements

  • 8+ years experience selling into or partnering within state, local, or federal government.
  • Proven ability to build partnerships that produce real pipeline and outcomes.
  • Experience working with sellers or carrying quota with understanding of deal stages.
  • Deep familiarity with public-sector procurement, political dynamics, and budget constraints.
