Description
You will serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership within 2K Publishing, driving organizational design, talent management, and compensation strategies. You'll use a data-driven approach to lead change initiatives and expertly manage diverse stakeholders to align HR programs with business objectives.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of HR Business Partner experience in fast-paced technology environments.
- Generalist background comfortable with a wide range of HR functions.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships at all levels.
- Strategic influencer adept at managing diverse stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of business operations and ability to connect HR strategy to business goals.
- Proactive, able to anticipate business needs and operate effectively in ambiguous situations.
- Bias for action and ability to drive change with urgency.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including ability to deliver senior-level presentations.
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to executive leaders, building trusted relationships and offering guidance on complex people and business issues.
- Drive organizational design and change management initiatives, ensuring structure, roles, and processes are optimized for global scale.
- Proactively manage and influence diverse stakeholders across all levels, bridging business needs and HR strategy.
- Partner with People COEs and global HRBP teams to deliver seamless HR processes and programs.
- Advise and drive key HR program cycles including performance feedback, compensation, promotions, and annual workforce planning.
- Provide strategic coaching to leaders on people development and performance management.
- Collaborate with Talent Development to build talent and succession strategies.
- Partner with Employee Relations and Legal to address ER issues and develop proactive strategies.
- Champion and embed diversity, equity, and inclusion into organizational design and talent strategy.
