You'll lead a dedicated team supporting beneficiary, client, physician, and pharmacy needs. Your impact will ensure service-level metrics and quality monitoring meet CMS standards. You'll use Abarca's proprietary Rx Platform to resolve caller needs efficiently.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Prepare monthly team schedules based on call volumes and peak hours
- Monitor team timeliness, attendance, and payroll accuracy
- Monitor calls and back-office duties for quality and compliance
- Coordinate training and development for team and individuals
๐ Requirements
- Associate's Degree as Pharmacy Technician or equivalent experience
- 6+ years in pharmacy or healthcare call center
- Experience as a Supervisor or leading teams
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
โจ Nice to Have
- Current Certified Pharmacy Technician License
- Experience in insurance or pharmacy benefit management
- Experience with Medicare Part D
