You'll join Engine to drive net new business sales for a fast-growing travel and fintech platform. Your core impact will be managing the full sales cycle for Mid-Market deals. This role offers a competitive OTE and the chance to work with industry-leading sales tools.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Make 55+ cold calls per day for outbound prospecting
  • Collaborate with Account Management team for onboarding
  • Maintain clean pipeline in Salesforce and Outreach

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 1+ years of B2B Sales or SDR/BDR experience
  • Proficiency with Outreach, Salesforce, and ZoomInfo
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Experience in travel or fintech industry
  • Familiarity with Gong conversation intelligence
