Description

You will lead a team of Sales Development Representatives at Stripe, driving the growth engine by building sales pipelines. You'll coach your team, collaborate cross-functionally, and analyze pipeline metrics to achieve ambitious targets.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of people management experience
  • Experience leading inbound/outbound sales in high-growth technology environment
  • Proven track record of high performance in pipeline generation or closing role
  • Ability to hire, train, and coach high-performance sales team
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts and build relationships with technical customers

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and lead a growing team of SDRs
  • Contribute to long-term vision/strategy and manage day-to-day operations
  • Drive execution of new business pipeline goals by analyzing top-of-funnel metrics and pipeline quality
  • Coach team in consultative sales skills: campaign strategy, outbound execution, nurturing opportunities
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, Enablement, and Product Marketing on campaigns
