Description
You will lead a team of Sales Development Representatives at Stripe, driving the growth engine by building sales pipelines. You'll coach your team, collaborate cross-functionally, and analyze pipeline metrics to achieve ambitious targets.
Requirements
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Experience leading inbound/outbound sales in high-growth technology environment
- Proven track record of high performance in pipeline generation or closing role
- Ability to hire, train, and coach high-performance sales team
- Ability to communicate technical concepts and build relationships with technical customers
Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and lead a growing team of SDRs
- Contribute to long-term vision/strategy and manage day-to-day operations
- Drive execution of new business pipeline goals by analyzing top-of-funnel metrics and pipeline quality
- Coach team in consultative sales skills: campaign strategy, outbound execution, nurturing opportunities
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, Enablement, and Product Marketing on campaigns
