You'll lead technical execution and business growth for a digital-first wire harness engineering platform at Re:Build Manufacturing. Your core impact is building scalable systems for quoting, design, and manufacturing workflows across aerospace and defense. This role combines deep technical expertise with customer engagement and operational excellence in a fast-paced industrial environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technical strategy and operational execution for wire harness business
• Develop scalable systems for quoting, design reviews, and manufacturing workflows
• Drive customer technical discovery and translate requirements into manufacturable solutions
• Own digital wire harness workflows using Cadonix Arcadia and AI tools

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in engineering or manufacturing environments
• 3+ years leading technical teams in wire harness or cable assembly
• Experience with ECAD/wire harness design tools (Cadonix Arcadia preferred)
• Familiarity with aerospace, defense, or medical quality standards and ITAR

✨ Nice to Have

• Advanced degree or MBA
• Knowledge of automated processing and assembly equipment
• Experience with ERP/MES and PLM/PDM systems
