💼 About This Role

You'll manage payroll and compliance for Hong Kong and Taiwan at MoneyHero Group, ensuring accuracy and a great employee experience. You'll also support office administration and regional People initiatives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end payroll for Hong Kong and Taiwan
• Ensure statutory filings and compliance with local regulations
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and work pass applications
• Oversee office facilities and vendor coordination

📋 Requirements

• 5–8 years experience in HR operations or payroll
• Solid knowledge of HK and TW payroll, tax, and statutory filings
• Proficiency in Gsuite, Excel, formulas, pivot tables
• Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred)

• Cross-border or regional experience
• Knowledge of Taiwan Labour Insurance and NHI
