Description

As our DevOps leader, you will guide a talented team while staying close to the technology, shaping and scaling our DevOps practice in a cloud-first environment. You'll define and execute the Azure DevOps vision, design CI/CD pipelines, and drive modernization initiatives while mentoring a team of 2-5 engineers.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (infrastructure, networking, identity, platform services)
• Deep expertise in CI/CD pipelines and automation (Azure DevOps preferred)
• Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM)
• Knowledge of containers, Kubernetes, or Azure PaaS
• Proven success as a DevOps Lead or Manager with direct people leadership

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing DevOps team of 2-5 engineers
• Define and execute Azure DevOps vision and roadmap aligned with business goals
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and modern tooling
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using ARM, Bicep, or Terraform
• Optimize cloud performance, cost efficiency, and ensure compliance
