Description

You will partner with enterprise clients across the full customer lifecycle—from pre-sales discovery and solution architecture through post-sales adoption and retention—as a principal-level technical leader and customer advocate. Your role involves architecting and delivering complex real-time data solutions, building prototypes and production-grade systems, and serving as the voice of the customer to influence product roadmap.

Requirements

• 10+ years in customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineer, Architect, Forward Deployed Engineer, etc.)
• Deep technical expertise in solution architecture and hands-on implementation
• Strong programming experience (Python or similar) building production-grade systems
• Experience with multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern data ecosystems
• Expertise in real-time data streaming, data pipelines, Kubernetes, APIs, and AI/ML platforms

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical partner across customer lifecycle including pre-sales, post-sales, and renewal
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with customer stakeholders through on-site meetings and events
• Lead implementation of custom solutions across multi-cloud and hybrid architectures
• Build prototypes and production-grade systems using APIs, data pipelines, and modern frameworks
• Act as voice of customer to capture insights and translate into actionable product requirements
