💼 About This Role

You'll support the design and development of autonomous surface vessels, ensuring compliance with maritime standards. You'll drive impact in defense innovation by advising on regulations and performing internal audits. This role offers hands-on experience in autonomous technologies and traditional ship design.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise engineering team on maritime standards and regulations
• Support reliability engineering on requirements definition and tracking
• Perform internal audits for compliance before drawing release
• Track and adjudicate comments from class society reviews

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of engineering experience designing to class society rules
• Experience with military vessels, high speed craft, or large commercial ships
• Strong expertise with marine standards such as ABS, DNV, LR, USCG, RINA

✨ Nice to Have

• Modeling/CAD experience with Rhino, AutoCAD, or Nx
• Experience in autonomous technology or defense requirements
