💼 About This Role

You'll deliver medication-assisted recovery for substance use disorder and empower patients in their recovery journeys. You'll coordinate with a care team of Nurse Practitioners, Medical Assistants, and Peer Recovery Specialists via telehealth. This role offers 100% remote work with a focus on harm reduction and patient-centered care.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide telephonic, text, and video patient engagement and monitoring
• Educate patients on addiction, medications, and support services
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary care team via telehealth
• Maintain accurate medical records and crisis intervention

📋 Requirements

• Active unrestricted RN license in state of residency
• 2+ years specialized nursing in outpatient substance use disorder treatment
• Full-time availability: 40 hours/week with specified shift options
