You'll lead worker's compensation and safety compliance programs for a renowned coffee company. You will partner cross-functionally to identify risks, develop remediation plans, and ensure OSHA/EPA compliance. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage worker's compensation and general liability processes
• Identify and assess health & safety risks across all sites
• Develop and implement company-wide safety programs
• Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local agencies

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in employee safety, health, and environmental role
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local regulations
• Experience with worker's compensation programs
• Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
