You'll own people operations workflows at a high-growth cybersecurity SaaS company, handling onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance in a fully remote environment. You'll drive real programs from week one with mentorship from the Head of People.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own new hire onboarding workflows in BambooHR
• Manage benefits administration with Fidelity, Cigna, Flores, Bennie
• Maintain compliance records and documentation in Confluence
• Support offboarding logistics and compliance tracking

📋 Requirements

• Active SkillBridge eligibility with commanding officer approval
• Ability to work remotely during EST to PST business hours
• Reliable internet connection and home office setup
• People operations or military HR background (e.g., 42A MOS)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with BambooHR or similar HRIS
• Experience building people programs or culture initiatives
• Strong written communication skills
