Description

In this role, you will own the operating system behind product execution and releases at Smartcat. You will drive clarity, build cadences, manage release quality, and ensure cross-functional alignment so that strategy turns into measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience in product operations, program management, or related role in a SaaS or tech company
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and release management
• Proficiency with tools like Jira, dashboards, and reporting
• Ability to drive cross-functional alignment and hold teams accountable
• Data-driven approach to decision making and process improvement

Responsibilities

• Translate company and product strategy into clear, actionable plans and ensure OKRs connect to roadmap and weekly execution
• Establish and run planning cycles (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and standardize prioritization and tracking
• Own end-to-end release process including scope, readiness, quality, dependencies, documentation, and enablement
• Track release performance post-launch (usage, adoption, impact on KPIs) and close feedback loops with Support and GTM
• Align Product, Engineering, Design, and GTM teams on priorities and releases; manage dependencies and eliminate miscommunication
