You'll provide top-notch home care therapy under the supervision of a PT, visiting adult and geriatric patients in their homes. You'll help them regain strength and mobility while keeping simple digital documentation. This role offers flexible hours, strong pay with incentives, and local clinical support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide home care therapy under PT supervision
• Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes
• Keep simple digital therapy documentation
• Complete 28-30 visits per week for full-time

📋 Requirements

• Active IL PTA license
• BLS CPR certificate
• Reliable transportation
• Some comfort with email and tablets
