You'll lead design for complex enterprise automation features at Workato, shaping how users interact with builder experiences, data orchestration, and API management. Your core impact is translating technical depth into intuitive interfaces that empower both technical and non-technical users to build sophisticated automations with confidence. You'll partner with product, engineering, and research to define product vision and drive projects from exploration through launch.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design end-to-end for complex features from problem framing to launch
• Design intuitive interfaces for technically complex workflows
• Partner with product and engineering to identify opportunities and shape solutions
• Give and receive feedback to raise craft standards across the team

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years designing digital products in enterprise SaaS or complex domains
• Portfolio demonstrating ownership of complex problems end-to-end
• Deep technical fluency with data transformations, APIs, schema mapping
• Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping
