  • Lead development of customized training plans for individual accounts.
  • Facilitate engaging virtual instructor-led and onsite training sessions.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer goals and challenges.
  • Design and execute Train-the-Trainer programs for customer teams.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in instructional design in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven facilitation skills in virtual and classroom settings.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
  • Proficiency with eLearning and content authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Captivate).

  • Experience with learning management systems.
  • Certification in instructional design or related field.
  • Background in customer success or account management.
