💼 About This Role

You'll diagnose and repair school bus fleet vehicles in a dynamic maintenance environment. You'll ensure safety and compliance with federal and state guidelines while performing diagnostic, electrical, and AC repairs. This role offers hands-on experience with diesel and gasoline systems and a chance to grow within a fast-paced team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair vehicle systems including steering, electrical, and braking.
• Assist with rebuilding engines, transmissions, and differentials.
• Perform test drives to identify and confirm repairs.
• Document time, parts, and repairs performed.

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years medium/heavy truck fleet mechanic repair experience
• Diagnostic, electrical, and AC skills must
• Technical knowledge of major vehicle systems and diesel equipment required
• Fleet experience with diesel and gasoline systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Valid CDL License (obtain within 90 days)
• ASE Certification in brakes, suspension, engine, electrical, or A/C
