🎯 What You'll Do

• Grow team members through coaching and mentoring
• Define and improve ML experimentation and deployment processes
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate user needs into technical solutions
• Shape ML vision and roadmap alongside the Product Owner

📋 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, AI, Mathematics, or related field
• 5+ years building and shipping AI/ML product features
• 2+ years leading or managing a technical team
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences

• Experience with Python, SQL, dbt, PyTorch, MLflow, FastAPI, AWS, Kubernetes, Argo
• Track record of growing engineers into independent contributors
