Description

You will assist in the monthly close for your assigned region, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting. Responsibilities include preparing property billings, managing GAAP ledgers, reconciling balance sheets, and calculating commissions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• 2-3 years of accounting experience; Commercial property accounting preferred
• Solid understanding of GAAP financials
• Exhibits strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills
• High proficiency in EXCEL

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare property billings revenue recognition
• Track billings to ensure all expected billings are completed monthly
• Manage and maintain GAAP based general ledgers
• Prepares monthly accruals, reclasses, and other required JEs
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations including AR, Pursuit Costs, Deposits, Intercompany
