💼 About This Role

You'll lead the end-to-end delivery strategy and organizational performance of MediSpend's Commercial Compliance implementation function. Your core impact is ensuring on-time, on-budget implementations with improved time-to-value and operational maturity. This role offers executive ownership of project governance, resource planning, and client escalations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own implementation methodology, governance, and execution standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop implementation team members.
• Establish and monitor delivery KPIs and reporting dashboards.
• Serve as executive escalation point for high-risk client implementations.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales for alignment.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in SaaS implementation or professional services leadership.
• 5+ years of people leadership managing managers and cross-functional teams.
• Proven success leading enterprise implementations in regulated industries.
• Bachelor's degree required; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of life sciences commercial compliance (CMS Open Payments, EFPIA, FMV).
• Experience with system integrations and data migrations in cloud environments.
