💼 About This Role

You'll provide high-quality patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities. You'll build trust through consistent presence and meaningful relationships with vulnerable populations. The role offers flexible scheduling and autonomy with supportive technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct daily rounding and prescribe medications or treatment plans
• Address acute and emergent issues for residents
• Communicate with facility nursing staff via phone or secure messaging
• Maintain reliable on-site attendance for scheduled shifts

📋 Requirements

• Active U.S. license and board certification by ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN (NP) or NCCPA (PA)
• Qualified specialties: Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, General Practice, PM&R, or Geriatric Medicine
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
